This study examines Managerial Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as crucial aspects for ensuring the sustainability of a company. Managerial ethics itself is defined as a standard of behavior that provides guidance to individual managers in carrying out their work. Three main areas influenced by managerial ethics include how the organization treats its employees, how employees treat the organization, and how employees and the organization treat other economic agents. Ethics plays a vital role in the business world because an entrepreneur must adhere to sound ethical principles to attract business partners. Meanwhile, Corporate Social Responsibility involves the company's commitment to the community or individuals within its social environment. This encompasses relationships with employees, investors, customers, suppliers, and the local community. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review design. Data was collected by searching for relevant literature from various written sources such as books and scientific articles. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, which involves assessing and summarizing the main findings from the existing literature to draw conclusions regarding managerial ethics and corporate social responsibility.
