This study examines the implementation of the Digital Spiritual Leadership (DSL) model in managing Islamic educational institutions, focusing on integrating digital technology and Islamic principles to achieve superior, ethical, and responding to the dynamics of the development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Society 5.0. Its primary objective is to evaluate DSL application, uncover supporting elements and obstacles, and affirm DSL as a sustainable innovative solution. The research methodology adopts a qualitative approach through literature review, encompassing the collection of scholarly materials from platforms such as Google Scholar and Scopus using relevant keywords, filtering based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and thematic analysis to synthesize findings into a conceptual framework reinforced by references to previous empirical studies. The analysis technique specifically utilizes a thematic approach to blend Islamic spirituality dimensions with digital technological advancements. The research findings indicate that DSL promotes harmony between technological innovation and spiritual values, thereby enhancing learning quality and ethical behavior through concepts like honesty (sidq) and responsibility (amanah). Supporting factors include inspirational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and efficient technology utilization, while main challenges involve limited digital literacy, organizational culture dynamics, and difficulties in integrating spiritual values. Thus, DSL serves as a lasting innovation for comprehensively managing Islamic education.
